While the role is state-focused, it will also involve travel across India for national-level trainings and program support.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and deliver teacher trainings across Jammu &amp; Kashmir.</li><li>Mentor and manage state trainers, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Support classroom implementation of PATH pedagogy and tools (HiPATH app, OMR sheets).</li><li>Monitor outcomes, prepare reports, and contribute to program scale-up.</li><li>Represent Jammu &amp; Kashmir in national-level training initiatives when required.</li></ul>RequirementsPeople with an educational background or work experience in top education companies are highly preferred.<ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.</li><li>8&ndash;10 years of experience in teaching/training, with 3&ndash;4 years in leadership.</li><li>Strong facilitation, team management, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or Kashmiri, Dogri, Urdu (at least one local language of J&amp;K) is mandatory.</li><li>Open to extensive travel within Jammu &amp; Kashmir and PAN-India.</li></ul>Attributes<ul><li>Passion for education reform and capacity building.</li><li>Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead.</li><li>Adaptable to diverse contexts with a problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, FreelanceWork Location: In person
