We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join our secondary school academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for inspiring students to explore and excel in Science.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in accordance with the curriculum (CBSE).</li><li>Teach concepts in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and General Science for secondary-grade students.</li><li>Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning activities aligned with the learning objectives.</li><li>Conduct lab activities and experiments ensuring proper safety measures and student participation.</li><li>Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, practical exams, and projects.</li><li>Maintain accurate academic records including attendance, grades, student progress reports, etc.</li><li>Use innovative teaching methodologies including digital tools, models, charts, and experiential learning approaches.</li><li>Provide academic guidance and additional support to students who require assistance.</li><li>Participate actively in school events, competitions, science fairs, PTMs, and subject-related activities.</li><li>Collaborate with fellow faculty and contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.</li><li>Ensure discipline, classroom decorum, and a positive learning environment.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or related fields).</li><li>B.Ed (mandatory).</li><li>Prior teaching experience in a secondary school (preferred: 2+ years).</li><li>Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.</li><li>Effective communication skills in English.</li><li>Classroom management and student engagement skills.</li><li>Proficiency in digital teaching tools (smartboards, content platforms, MS Office, etc.).</li></ul>Preferred Personal Attributes<ul><li>Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.</li><li>Patient, approachable, and student-centric attitude.</li><li>Strong ethics, professionalism, and teamwork.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
