Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with Blooms Flora's brand identity.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.</li><li>Incorporate graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance video quality.</li><li>Ensure videos are edited according to brand guidelines and project specifications.</li><li>Manage video files and ensure organized storage of footage and final edits.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with video editing trends and techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.</li><li>Optimize videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and promotional materials.</li><li>Review and revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)</li><li>Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.</li><li>Experience with color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Video Editing: 3 years (Required)</li><li>total work: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
