Introduction:
GlobalFoundries is seeking a motivated, self-driven engineer to be part of the Ultra-Low-Power CMOS modeling team in GlobalFoundries Bangalore. This team develops, among others, compact (SPICE) models of FDSOI, FinFET and Bulk MOSFETs which are part of the Process Design Kits (PDKs) offered by GF, which are used by customers to design products (chips) for use in various Digital/Analog and RF applications.
Any suitable candidate for this position should have completed their Masters in Electrical Engineering or related field with emphasis on semiconductor physics. Strong device physics knowledge is expected, especially in MOSFETs. Knowledge of Fully Depleted SOI and FinFET will be an added advantage. Knowledge of test structures needed for compact model extraction will be valuable. Any hands experience in process development and/or measurements &amp; characterization will be an asset. Knowledge of BSIM families of compact models is a plus. Knowledge of Python and ICCAP will also be a plus. Knowledge of high frequency (RF) characterization and modeling of MOSFETs will be highly desirable.
The candidate should be technically competent, highly self-motivated and should be capable of working in a fast paced dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and team skills.
Your Job :
<ul><li>Design MOSFET characterization structures for compact model extraction
</li><li>Develop Compact models for FDSOI, FinFET and Bulk technologies
</li><li>Develop statistical Montecarlo and fixed corner models
</li><li>Deliver Model-to-HW correlation reports
</li><li>Run simulation using HSPICE and Spectre simulators
</li></ul>Other Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety &amp; Security requirements and programs
</li></ul>Required Qualifications :
<ul><li>PhD / Master&rsquo;s in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering

Introduction:
This role will be responsible for providing paralegal support to the Global Ethics and Compliance team, along with managing several legal department operational tasks and projects. The candidate must hold the highest degree of personal and professional integrity and ethics, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assists in all aspects of the Compliance program, including responding to employee inquiries; assisting with administration of third-party risk screening and remediation (including reviewing and clearing screening and questionnaire results, coordination with stakeholders on required responses, and assistance with program updates, software changes and/or integrations&quot;.
</li></ul><ul><li>Act as a direct contact for and/or interact with US and non-US employees on day-to-day Code of Conduct questions
</li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate and track company code of conduct training completion
</li></ul><ul><li>Develop innovative approaches to using technology to maximizing the effectiveness of the Compliance program
</li></ul><ul><li>Prioritize regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within an established time frame
</li></ul><ul><li>Support legal department operations by assisting with e-billing and matter management, review of invoices and related documentation, Track outstanding invoices, and follow-up on invoice approvals, research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems, lead monthly accruals process, and manage and interface with customers and vendors related to internal invoicing and billing guidelines
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide paralegal support to the broader legal team on litigation and special projects
</li></ul><ul><li>File, maintain, and track confidential legal documents.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum 2 years of legal assistant, paralegal, trade compliance or relevant work experience.
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Advanced skills and experience with Google and MS Office Applications.
</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Strong, positive interpersonal skills with a willingness to help and seek out work.
</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of organization and task tracking.
</li><li>Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
</li><li>Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work with all levels of management.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
</li><li>Experience working with ORACLE or other enterprise-level database applications
</li><li>Experience working with a Legal eBilling platform
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with event planning, multi-media communications
