We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office &amp; IT Support Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our Phoenix facilities. This role serves as the on-site point of contact for both office operations and basic IT support, ensuring employees have a smooth and well-supported work environment.
You will partner closely with our remote IT team based in Houston to provide hands-on technical support, including new hire setup and troubleshooting, while also supporting office operations and employee coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys balancing structured tasks with hands-on problem solving.
Responsibilities:
IT Support (On-Site &amp; Coordination)<ul><li>
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues</li><li>
Act as the on-site &ldquo;hands and eyes&rdquo; for the remote IT team based in Houston</li><li>
Support new hire technical onboarding, including device provisioning, workstation setup, and account access readiness for Day 1</li><li>
Assist employees with login issues, system access, and general technical support</li><li>
Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for installations, repairs, and maintenance</li><li>
Help triage, escalate, and follow up on IT tickets to ensure timely resolution</li><li>
Facilitate seamless meeting execution by managing setup of presentations, audio/visual equipment, and room seating arrangements.</li><li>
Maintain and organize office technology, including laptops, peripherals, and shared equipment</li></ul>
Office Operations &amp; Administrative Support.<ul><li>
Manage office supplies, inventory, and ordering</li><li>
Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and office events</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and facility-related needs</li><li>
Handle incoming mail, packages, and general office coordination</li><li>
Maintain an organized, clean, and functional office environment</li><li>
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed</li></ul>
People Operations Support (HR Coordination)<ul><li>
Support employee onboarding logistics in partnership with HR (scheduling, coordination, and Day 1 readiness)</li><li>
Assist with internal communication and coordination of training or company initiatives</li><li>
Provide general support to employees by helping route HR-related questions to the appropriate resources</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information</li></ul>
Requirements:

Required<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in office administration, IT support, or a related role</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize across different types of work</li><li>
Basic technical troubleshooting ability (Windows/Mac, printers, Wi-Fi, etc.)</li><li>
Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li><li>
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Experience in a help desk or IT support environment</li><li>
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)</li><li>
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar tools</li><li>
Experience managing data or reports in Excel or similar systems</li><li>
Interest in growing within IT support or operations</li></ul></div>
