This role is responsible for the timely and accurate acquisition of specialized medical supplies, inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care. Key Responsibilities:Analyze and process supply requisitions, generate purchase orders, and maintain records of product lines and vendor performance. Manage inventory, monitor supply trends, perform cycle counts, and ensure availability of supplies for surgical procedures. Participate in process improvement, documentation management, and data analysis. Provide customer service by proactively addressing supply needs and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate with purchasing, accounts payable, SPD team, and service leads to meet supply requirements. Manage bill-only purchase orders and consignment inventory.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree may substitute for two years of experience. Four years of full-time purchasing or inventory management experience in healthcare, including supply chain management and process improvement. Direct experience with providers and clinical staff preferred. Oracle and Epic experience desired.Working Conditions:100% in-person role; requires wearing scrubs and working in/out of operating rooms and storage areas. Ability to stand for up to 4 continuous hours and lift up to 50 pounds. Use of computers, handheld scanners, and other supply management tools.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
