   Collaborate with other classroom teachers, school counsellor to provide an integrated plan for developing the capacities of the students who need learning support.

   Set learning goals for each student, assess their progress, and record their evaluations.
  </li>

   Arranging various methods to develop lesson plans as per child&rsquo;s existing caliber.
  </li>
  <li>
   Update parents on the progress of their students and enlist parental support with behavior control and home activities designed to supplement their classroom lessons.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise and train teaching assistants.
  </li>
  <li>
   Help plan for the transition of their students to productive lives after the completion of their secondary education.
  </li>

    Responsible for classes of students from 3 to 5 years old

    Develop lesson plans &amp; activities in line with curriculum objectives

    Present lessons / activities that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within the class
   </li>
   <li>
    Ensure the classroom environment meets standards for safety and cleanliness
   </li>
   <li>
    Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
   </li>
   <li>
    Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises
   </li>
   <li>
    Preparing students for various competitions, assembly/activities and projects as well as taking charge of certain activities as when required.
   </li>
