Key Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Administering and maintaining Salesforce systems, including creating and customizing objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet specific business needs.</li><li>
Setting up new user accounts, managing user licenses, profiles, and permissions, and providing user access to the appropriate data.</li><li>
Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing data imports, cleanup, and deduplication.</li><li>
Experience with SQL and Database queries.</li><li>
Creating Test scenarios and Collecting Test Data.</li><li>
Knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet &amp; MS Excel.</li><li>
Creating, maintaining, and customizing reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights and track business goals.</li><li>
Identifying end-to-end scenarios and test scripting.</li><li>
Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting technical issues</li><li>
Managing integrations with other third-party software in Salesforce (Nice to have)</li><li>
Documenting processes, changes to the system, and user guides for ongoing reference while working in Sales and Service Cloud.</li><li>
Actively participated in Functional and Technical team discussions between Business teams, Analysts, developers and QA Team</li><li>
Adapt the Salesforce platform's out-of-the-box functionality to fit an organization's unique requirement (Nice to have)</li><li>
Analyzing Test Results and Reporting Defects to the Developers.</li><li>
Tracking Defects / Bugs and Select Test cases for Regression Testing.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Competencies and skills</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Bsc/Msc (Computer Science), BE(Computer).</li><li>
Minimum 2+ years experience working as Salesforce Admin.</li></ul><p><br>
