Key Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Accomplishes warehouse objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures</li><li>
Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements</li><li>
Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments</li><li>
Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items</li><li>
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements</li><li>
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data</li><li>
Secures warehouse by locking all exit doors, turning alarms on; testing systems and securing outside entrance door</li><li>

Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><div><br>
. Performance &amp; KPI Management<br>
<ul><li>Own and manage performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting cadences across CS, Sales, and Success functions.</li><li>Drive visibility of key KPIs (CSAT, SLA, QA scores, NPS, conversion, AHT, adherence) and partner with functional leads to address gaps.</li><li>Present insights and performance trends to mid- and senior-level stakeholders.</li></ul>
2. Cross-Functional Operational Programs<br>
<ul><li>Lead and support execution of CX-wide initiatives (e.g., new scorecard rollouts, CSAT improvement projects, QA recalibrations).</li><li>Coordinate across WFM, QA, and Project teams to align programs with business goals.</li><li>Track progress, identify risks, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact.</li></ul>
3. Reporting &amp; Data Analysis<br>
<ul><li>Develop and own regular reports and ad hoc analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools.</li><li>Translate data into actionable insights that drive operational decisions and team coaching.</li></ul>
4.Tools &amp; Systems Administration<br>
<ul><li>Collaborate with the Project Lead and tools teams to support platform changes, UAT, and rollout readiness for systems like Zendesk, QA tools, WFM platforms, and reporting dashboards.</li><li>Maintain SOPs and documentation related to tool usage, configurations, and operational processes.</li></ul>
5. Voice of the Customer &amp; Feedback Integration<br>
<ul><li>Partner with QA and VOC teams to analyze NPS, CSAT, survey results, and social sentiment.</li><li>Recommend process or coaching changes based on VOC findings.</li></ul>
6. Team Enablement &amp; Process Excellence<br>
<ul><li>Create and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and best practices.</li><li>Conduct enablement sessions for team leads or analysts on performance frameworks, reporting tools, or process changes.</li></ul>

Optimize workforce scheduling to ensure optimal coverage while minimizing costs.</li><li>Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate workforce planning reports. Provide insights into performance trends, identifying areas for improvement or optimization in resource allocation.</li><li>Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real-time adherence analysts and operational teams, to understand current requirements and contribute to the development of effective staffing strategies.</li><li>Technology Utilization: Utilize workforce management tools, such as Incontact or similar, to enhance workforce planning processes.
