You&rsquo;ll blend engineering skill with problem-solving instinct, taking ideas from raw concept to polished, scalable execution.**Key Responsibilities**<ul><li>Build fast, efficient automation systems and custom workflows across internal tools and client-facing platforms.</li><li>Develop both front-end and back-end architecture using modern frameworks and &ldquo;vibe coding&rdquo; principles &mdash; clean, clever, adaptive solutions.</li><li>Create and maintain databases, schemas, backend logic, API endpoints, integrations, and micro-services.</li><li>Build high-quality UI/UX for dashboards, tools, and SaaS products.</li><li>Implement efficient web scraping tools, data pipelines, and ETL processes.</li><li>Configure and integrate Salesforce agents, marketing automation agents, and AI-driven operational tools.</li><li>Fine-tune AI models and wrap them into usable interfaces for SaaS deployment.</li><li>Design workflows that allow AI systems, bots, and automation processes to run smoothly at scale.</li><li>Work quickly, iteratively, and collaboratively to ship functional builds without sacrificing quality.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack &mdash; front, back, logic, data, and cloud.</li></ul>**Required Skills**<ul><li>Strong full-stack coding ability (front-end frameworks + back-end languages).</li><li>Proven experience building automation workflows and internal tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of APIs: building, integrating, scaling.</li><li>Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and schema design.</li><li>Comfortable with scraping libraries, proxies, and data extraction methods.</li><li>UI/UX skills for building smooth, intuitive interfaces.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce or similar agent-based tool ecosystems.</li><li>Ability to fine-tune and integrate AI systems into real products.</li><li>Fast problem-solving and the ability to &ldquo;get things done yesterday.&rdquo;</li><li>A creative builder mindset &mdash; experimenting, optimizing, refining.</li></ul>**Nice to Have**<ul><li>Experience launching SaaS products or internal toolkits.</li><li>Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) plus custom-code alternatives.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows.</li></ul>**Who You Are**You&rsquo;re a hybrid operator: part engineer, part builder, part hacker.
