Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. This role is essential in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong understanding of child development principles. You will be responsible for fostering a positive learning atmosphere that encourages creativity, curiosity, and growth among children.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.</li><li>Create a safe and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.</li><li>Facilitate activities that support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.</li><li>Provide care for children with special needs or disabilities as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education, preferably in a preschool or toddler care setting.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education.</li><li>First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.</li><li>Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are essential qualities for this role.</li><li>Previous experience as a nanny or in other childcare roles is advantageous.</li></ul>If you are enthusiastic about shaping young minds and making a difference in children's lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Child Care Teacher.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Childcare</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Bilingual (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
