We accomplish this by administering a detailed Needs Analysis followed by a phone interview between the client and the program facilitator. Job Information:<ul><li>
Cultural Trainer to present content in a virtual setting</li><li>
Presentation of 1 day (8 hours) or half a day (4 hours)</li><li>
Required languages: Arabic and English</li><li>
Ability to create content for the event</li><li>
Topics: Adjusting to life in Saudi Arabia; managing culture shock; cultural roots and values of Saudi Arabia; working and socializing with target culture country nationals; daily life in the destination country and city, etc.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions that prepare attendees for the cultural adjustment curve</li><li>
Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence</li><li>
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in Arabic</li><li>
Proficiency in English enough to work with English-speaking team</li><li>
Previous experience in providing Cultural Training</li><li>
Trainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fields</li><li>
Home and Host Country experience is preferred but not required</li><li>
Good communication and presentation skills</li></ul>
