To succeed in this position, you will be thorough and hardworking, demonstrate a strong working knowledge and prove you are committed to safety and quality.Qualifications<ul><li>MUST be able to read blueprints</li><li>5 years minimum experience in structural fitting and/or welding</li><li>Knowledge of both flux &amp; mig weld processes</li><li>Must be able to pass a 3G and 5G Plate test</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Significant hands-on experience working on a production floor</li><li>Solid necessary math skills, including measuring.</li><li>Able to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions</li><li>I beam test (cope &amp; weld)</li><li>Forklift experience</li><li>Cutting torch</li><li>Able to perform physically demanding work&mdash;standing, bending, lifting 25 lbs regularly</li><li>Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player and self-starter</li><li>Effective communication skills, written and verbal</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
