SEC Financial Reporting Manager</b></p><p><b>
Location: Denver, CO - Hybrid</b></p><p><b>
(must live within commuting distance to Greenwood Village, CO)</b></p><p><b>
Annual Compensation: $125,000-$135,000 DOE</b></p><p></p><p><br>
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for assisting in the preparation of our SEC filings, including the 10Q&rsquo;s and 10-K.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist in the preparation and review of the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K and manage the internal and external review for these documents and related releases.</li><li>
Assist in the review of quarterly presentations, call scripts and earnings releases.</li><li>
Review supporting documentation and analyses to support the financial statements, footnotes and MD&amp;A disclosures, including disclosure checklists and tie-out binders.</li><li>
Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance and provide US GAAP interpretation.</li><li>
Work with internal and external auditors in conjunction with the annual year-end audit and interim reviews.</li><li>
Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements and continuously assess financial reporting process for improvements.</li><li>
Support month end and year end closing by appropriately accounting for debt, intangible assets, goodwill, stock compensation, equity and other transactions applicable to financial reporting.</li><li>
Review monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and related support schedules and account analyses.</li></ul><ul><li>
Assist with accounting and integration for acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex accounting events.</li><li>
Support management in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned.</li><li>
Identify, recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.</li></ul><p><b>

Ability to work well with others in a high volume, fast-paced environment</li><li>
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to develop analysis of accounts and financial statements with limited supervision</li><li>
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>
Strong attention to detail</li><li>
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>
Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus</li><li>
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel required</li><li>
Expertise in US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations, combined with the ability to research and propose positions on complex accounting issues</li><li>

Minimum Required </b><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Accounting</li><li>
CPA strongly preferred</li><li>
3-5 years of experience with a public accounting firm with heavy exposure to SEC and financial reporting or at least 6 years of direct SEC financial reporting experience</li></ul><p><b>

The Administrative Assistant handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical, financial and administrative function of the office. They are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material; preparing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports; and they will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

 </b><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><div><b>
Education</b></div><ul><li>
Associate Degree or equivalent in experience</li></ul><div><b>
Training</b></div><ul><li>
Computer skills to ensure proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook</li></ul><div><b>
Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Two years experience in related field preferred</li><li>
Kronos or similar timekeeping/scheduling systems</li></ul><div><b>
Abilities</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to make independent decisions within the leadership framework as defined by the report structure.</li><li>
General office equipment skills needed (fax, copy, multi-line phone, etc.)
</li><li>Proficient in medical and legal terminology.</li><li>
