 The Call Center Lead is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and prioritizing all Communications Center activities.

  COMPENSATION: Regular

  - Full-time; $23.00-$24.10 per hour/non-exempt position.

  Essential Functions/Duties
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Employ thorough knowledge of Communications Center functions, including but not limited to routing, scheduling, mapping, reporting, and compliance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in the development of and training of personnel to ensure that the contractual obligations of the company are met.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor phone queues and communicate with providers and community partners to resolve service-related issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Accurately complete all shift paperwork, including status and call time reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain a current working knowledge of all company policies, protocols, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform other duties as assigned.

 Experience:

   Minimum 1 year of experience within a Communications Center/leadership role.
  </li>
  <li>
   Phone correspondence and customer service experience.

  Education

   High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

The Administrative Assistant handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical, financial and administrative function of the office. They are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material; preparing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports; and they will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Two years experience in related field preferred</li><li>
Kronos or similar timekeeping/scheduling systems</li></ul><div><b>
Abilities</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to make independent decisions within the leadership framework as defined by the report structure.</li><li>
General office equipment skills needed (fax, copy, multi-line phone, etc.)
</li><li>Proficient in medical and legal terminology.</li><li>
