About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, compliance, and case/work file management. It is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain practical experience and develop professional skills in a corporate/legal environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.</li><li>Assist in drafting contracts, agreements, notices, and legal opinions.</li><li>Support the team in litigation matters, case briefs, and preparing court documents.</li><li>Review and summarize legal documents, policies, and reports.</li><li>Assist in contract lifecycle management (review, tracking, compliance checks).</li><li>Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and documentation.</li><li>Stay updated on recent legal developments and provide insights to the team.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Pursuing LL.B./B.A. LL.B. or equivalent law degree (preferably 2nd/3rd year onwards).</li><li>Strong legal research and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 2 monthsPay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Executive Assistant who can also support the legal team with basic paralegal responsibilities. The role suits candidates with strong administrative and documentation skills who are interested in or familiar with legal processes.
