We are looking for a proactive and well-organised candidate who can support the legal team with basic paralegal responsibilities. The role suits candidates with strong administrative and documentation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistance<ul><li>Calendar management, meeting scheduling, call coordination, and travel logistics.</li><li>Drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Maintaining client communication logs and internal follow-up notes.</li><li>Handling confidential documents with discretion.</li><li>Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Paralegal Support<ul><li>Preparing first drafts of letters, notices, and checklists (under supervision).</li><li>Reviewing documents for formatting, numbering, defined terms, annexures, etc.</li><li>Maintaining matter-tracking sheets, timelines, and documentation databases.</li><li>Assisting in due diligence coordination and record management.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Strong MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency.</li><li>Ability to structure, proofread, and format documents professionally.</li><li>High degree of discipline, confidentiality, and reliability.</li><li>Strong follow-up skills and ownership mindset.</li><li>Familiarity with legal documentation is an added advantage (not mandatory).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline.</li><li>Candidates with legal exposure preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in an EA, legal assistant, corporate coordination, or documentation role desirable.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Gomtinagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
