 Maintain clear and effective communication with tow truck operators to ensure prompt service

 Document all calls and service requests accurately in the dispatch system
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently

 Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes

 Qualifications

 Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the towing or transportation industry
