The Calls Manager will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring that every caller receives a positive and helpful experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Attend and manage all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.</li><li>Record and maintain call logs, messages, and follow-ups.</li><li>Handle inquiries regarding our programs, events, and general operations with clear communication.</li><li>Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.</li><li>Support administrative and coordination tasks as required by the management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
