 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day executive functions, ensure seamless workflow, and act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meetings.

 Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the executive.

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

 Minimum 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

 Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing travel arrangements and working in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>

 Overview
 
 
 
 Join the Global Markets IT - Front Office eFX squad team, responsible for providing comprehensive IT services to the Global Markets team. This squad manages support, change requests, and projects for Global Markets. The e-FX FO Support Analyst will be key to defining and owning strategic initiatives for e-FX support, including pricing, risk management, and distribution connectivity.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Take ownership and accountability end-to-end for various initiatives, including analysis, developing requirements, reviewing technical and functional designs, building, testing, and ensuring proper closure

 Support &amp; Operations:

 Be part of the team managing the operational and technical delivery of business requirements

 Manage the day-to-day operations of initiatives and their global marketing, working closely with e-FX client services, GM sales, and product services

 Experience &amp; Knowledge

 Minimum 5 years of experience as an eFX Front Office Support Role
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience supporting top-tier Treasury Systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant work experience in a Bank or I.T. Company for a minimum of 5-7 years
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in supporting 24x7 systems is desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with products like Maxxtrader and Refinitiv is desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of the financial markets, trading, and banking solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of the Global Markets products and practices (front-to-end: pricing, limit checks, booking, risk management)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be technically astute with relevant exposure and experience with bank systems and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proven track record of liaising with stakeholders for business requirements, specification documents, and testing processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with testing automation - UI Path
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic skills in Unix command line and SQL Database usage, including basic shell scripting

Senior e-FX Support Analyst

 The Health &amp; Safety Analyst will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Security Control Room, ensuring safety, security, and compliance across office locations. This role requires continuous monitoring of electronic security systems, timely reporting, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to established SOPs and escalation protocols.
 
 
 
 Requirements

 Monitor and report timing synchronization issues for NVR/DVR/VMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Check network connectivity of security systems and coordinate with IT for resolving network-related issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Retrieve video clippings based on business requirements and as per SOP
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report safety &amp; security risk events according to prescribed communication protocols and escalation matrices
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor FAB premises/properties 24/7 and immediately report any suspicious activities to the concerned personnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out Electronic Security System (CCTV/PACS) health checks for all UAE offices based on a predefined schedule, evaluating:

 </li>
 <li>
 Daily activation/deactivation of staff on-leave physical access cards
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify all Police Alarm &amp; Fire Alarm alerts with the respective branches
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor alerts triggered in the SPS monitor (ATM) and respond immediately
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure safe movement of bank assets by issuing gate passes and coordinating with site security in line with the bank's Gate Pass SOP; report any related issues as per SOP
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with site security for VIP visitor management and reserved parking allocation as per approved policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain daily activity reports, SLA tracking, MIS, and KPI monitoring for the Global Command &amp; Control Center; share all reports with the line manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor alerts triggered in the Physical Access Control System and respond immediately
 </li>
 <li>
 Print and issue access cards ensuring approvals and required documents are in order
 </li>
 <li>
 Cancel access privileges for resigned or terminated employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate reports from the Physical Access Control System as per SOP
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any other responsibilities or projects assigned by management from time to time
 </li>
