OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service &amp; Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and support sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in customer service, sales, or account management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions</li><li>Assist customers with orders, returns, billing questions, and general support</li><li>Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services</li><li>Support the sales team by generating leads, upselling, and cross-selling when appropriate</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business</li><li>Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary</li><li>Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree a plus)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes</li><li>Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM or call center software is a plus</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively</li><li>Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Comprehensive training and ongoing support</li><li>Opportunities for career growth in sales, customer service, and leadership</li><li>Competitive hourly wage or salary plus commission/bonuses</li></ul>Pay: $47,757.81 - $55,106.18 per yearWork Location: In person
