QA/QC Tester

We are seeking a Mechanical Inspector to carry out inspection and quality control activities for oil &amp; gas projects. The role involves ensuring all mechanical works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, international standards, and HSE requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect mechanical works including piping, structural steel, tanks, and equipment.</li><li>Verify materials, fabrication, installation, and testing activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.</li><li>Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs).</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC and construction teams for inspections.</li><li>Witness pressure testing, hydro testing, and functional tests.</li><li>Monitor welding activities and NDT results.</li><li>Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.</li><li>Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety procedures.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience as Mechanical Inspector in oil &amp; gas.</li><li>Strong knowledge of piping, equipment, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Experience in fabrication site inspection.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and isometrics.</li><li>Good reporting and documentation skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office.</li><li>Valid safety certifications (preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1.00 per month

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Engineer to manage and oversee fabrication activities for major oil &amp; gas projects in Qatar. The role involves ensuring fabrication works are completed as per QELNG project specifications, client standards, quality requirements, HSE regulations, and project schedules.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee fabrication work at the site.</li><li>Review drawings, isometrics, and material requirements.</li><li>Plan and coordinate fabrication activities at site.</li><li>Prepare fabrication work packs and method statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy, project standards, and international codes.</li><li>Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, welding, and NDT.</li><li>Monitor progress and report to project management.</li><li>Supervise subcontractors and fabrication teams.</li><li>Ensure adherence to HSE and safety procedures.</li><li>Resolve fabrication-related technical issues.</li><li>Support mechanical completion and handover activities.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 12+ years of experience in oil &amp; gas fabrication.</li><li>Prior experience in Qatar or GCC projects preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of piping and structural fabrication.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.</li><li>Good communication and team management skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; Primavera/SAP is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in English (spoken and written).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR8,000.00 per month
