Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain production output according to quality and quantity targets.</li><li>Perform routine checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major breakdowns.</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.</li><li>Keep records of daily production and equipment performance.</li><li>Assist in cleaning, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping of the plant area.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plant Operator in manufacturing/industrial units (experience in artificial marble/stone industry preferred).</li><li>ITI/Diploma</li><li>Basic technical knowledge of machinery operation and troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to read and follow safety and operational instructions.</li><li>Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Freshers with ITI/Diploma can also apply, those who are inside UAEJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>
