</div><div></div><div>We are seeking an accomplished Senior Cyber Security Engineer to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and help our clients transition from traditional cyber risk management to a more quantitative approach. In this role, you will be responsible for embedding security into product development processes and ensuring the integrity of our solutions throughout their life cycle. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to address security challenges, leveraging your expertise in DevSecOps, application security, and regulatory compliance.

To ensure success in this role, the Senior Cyber Security Engineer should demonstrate a strong background in implementing security best practices and a proven track record of enhancing security posture through innovative solutions.

</li><li>Oversee the representation of security in the design and development process, ensuring integrity throughout the product life cycle.

</li><li>Implement agile product management practices related to security, including vision, strategy, and backlog management.
</li><li>Serve as a client advocate, providing expertise to resolve client issues and highlight potential risks.
</li><li>Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in security practices.
</li><li>Lead thought leadership initiatives and suggest opportunities for enhancement in security processes.
</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients, centered around delivering value and maintaining transparency in communication.
</li><li>Drive the integration of security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
</li><li>Identify and address opportunities for continuous learning and improvement in security measures.
</li></ul><div><b>What will help you succeed:
</b></div><ul><li>Application Security: In-depth knowledge of application security principles, including threat modeling and secure coding practices.
</li><li>Security Best Practices: Proven experience in implementing and advocating for security best practices throughout development processes.
</li><li>DevSecOps Experience: Strong understanding with the DevSecOps framework.
</li><li>Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to information security.
</li><li>Scripting Skills: Knowledge in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate security processes.
</li></ul><div><b>Requirements:
</b></div><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or related fields.
</li><li>Demonstrable experience leading cybersecurity initiatives within consulting firms or relevant industries.
</li><li>Proven ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams focused on security.
</li><li>Exceptional client-management skills, including effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
</li></ul><div><b>Preferred:
</b></div><ul><li>Experience working for a Tech Consulting/Professional Services firm.
</li>Experience working with or for companies in sectors such as Media &amp; Entertainment, Travel, Hospitality &amp; Leisure.<br>
