Senior Civil Site Engineer (2 no) required with bachelor&rsquo;s degree, with 5 to 7 years GCC experience for a construction firm in Sharjah with valid UAE driving License. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: &Oslash; Construction estimation experience is must &Oslash; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with sound knowledge of construction &Oslash; Good communication skills &Oslash; Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. &Oslash; Assisting the estimation team with quotations and verifying the quotations received are as per specifications. &Oslash; Estimation of material costs. &Oslash; Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. &Oslash; Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. &Oslash; Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. &Oslash; Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Required Civil Planning Engineer(1No) Arabic speaking with building experience for a construction firm in Sharjah must have valid UAE driving license.. He/She should hold Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with 5 to 6years gulf experience.Prepare a detailed program of works (Master Schedule / Baseline Program) with Cost and resource loading.Prepare and Maintain Project Risk Registers to ensure risks are mitigated and dealt properly in line with the project requirements and notify to Project Team any risks, opportunities.Prepare Baseline Program &amp; Recovery Program and receive approval from the Client.Present on the site during construction.Prepare look-ahead programs and track the deliveries.Ensure that the schedule is based on the project execution strategy and schedule milestones are achievable.Develop S Curve and Manpower histogram and check if these are achievable.Prepare a draft for delay events occur &amp; run the effect timely to update the client.Prepare an Extension of Time using appropriate Delay Analysis &amp; Practice.Resource Planning and Forecasting of projects &amp; activitiesCompare &amp; analyze earned value with actual and planned values and report in the form of CPI and SPIAnalyze schedule variance &amp; plan remedy if there is any negative variance.Prepare weekly / monthly project reports / Client Presentations Prepare the reports/updates as per the management requirements.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Urgently Required 1 ( number) Finishing Foreman with GCC Experienced(Minimum 5Year in Civil ) for a construction company in Sharjah.<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and final fixtures.</li><li>Deep knowledge and experience in Construction -Interior fit out</li><li>Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Maintain high-quality standards in all finishing works.</li><li>Inspect and approve completed tasks before handing over for final inspection.</li><li>Direct and manage site laborers and subcontractors involved in finishing works.</li><li>Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.</li><li>Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers.</li><li>Coordinate the schedule of finishing works with MEP, civil, and structural teams to avoid delays.</li><li>Request and verify required finishing materials.</li><li>Ensure proper storage and usage of materials to reduce wastage.</li><li>Track daily progress of finishing activities.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.</li><li>Ensure all finishing work adheres to safety standards and company policies.</li><li>Enforce the use of PPE and maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Address issues related to finishing details, coordination, or quality immediately to avoid rework or project delays.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
