Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi NCR(New Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida), Lucknow, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Indore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad.About the RoleWe are seeking a Workday Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Workday HCM or Workday Finance modules. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical Workday team, ensuring optimal system performance, process alignment, and successful deployment of new functionalities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workday modules (HCM / Financials).</li><li>Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documents.</li><li>Support configuration, testing (unit, UAT, regression), and deployment of Workday enhancements and integrations.</li><li>Analyze system issues and provide effective resolutions in collaboration with the Workday support or development team.</li><li>Partner with global stakeholders to implement new Workday functionality and optimize existing business processes.</li><li>Prepare reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.</li><li>Assist with change management, user training, and process documentation.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday updates and releases, assessing their impact on business processes.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, HR, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Workday HCM or Finance modules.</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes in HR (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Payroll) or Finance (Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Reporting).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations.</li><li>Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, and UAT support.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Workday certification in HCM or Financials modules.</li><li>Exposure to Workday Studio, BIRT, EIBs, or Core Connectors.</li><li>Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.</li><li>Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 36 monthsWork Location: In person
