Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><b>
Architect</b> end-to-end business process automation solutions using enterprise <b>BPM/iBPPS platforms</b> (Cora SeQuence, Appian, Pega, Bizagi, or Camunda), from discovery through deployment</li><li><b>
Lead</b> technical design sessions, translating complex business requirements into scalable architectural blueprints and detailed specifications</li><li><b>
Integrate GenAI capabilities</b> - including <b>Azure OpenAI</b>, OpenAI GPT, and Document Intelligence tools - directly into enterprise workflow solutions to unlock intelligent automation</li><li><b>
Guide and mentor</b> cross-functional development teams through code reviews, quality standards, and full solution lifecycle delivery</li><li><b>
Advise</b> C-suite and senior stakeholders on architecture strategy, trade-offs, cost constraints, and time-to-market priorities</li><li><b>
Identify and eliminate</b> process inefficiencies through automation analysis, continuous improvement frameworks, and platform-native optimization</li><li><b>
Own technical documentation</b> including architecture diagrams, design specs, integration guides, and knowledge transfer materials</li></ul><div>
Required Qualifications</div><ul><li><b>
10+ years</b> of progressive experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent senior enterprise IT role</li><li><b>
Hands-on expertise</b> with at least one leading <b>BPM platform</b>: Cora SeQuence, <b>Appian</b>, <b>Pega</b>, Bizagi, or Camunda - including workflow design, business rules engines, form management, and system integrations</li><li>
Proficiency in <b>C# / .NET</b>, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and <b>Microsoft SQL Server</b></li><li>
Demonstrated <b>Azure cloud architecture</b> experience (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS patterns), including data governance, security, and large-scale integration</li><li>
Strong integration experience with <b>ERP/CRM systems</b> such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM via APIs, Web Services, or WCF</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience</li></ul><div>
Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Experience integrating <b>Generative AI (GenAI)</b> models - Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT-4, or Google Gemini - into BPM workflows for intelligent summarization, content generation, or conversational AI</li><li>
Hands-on work with <b>Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)</b> platforms: Azure AI Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, or Google Cloud Document AI</li><li>
Familiarity with <b>RPA, Process Mining, or Machine Learning (ML)</b> to enhance process automation pipelines</li><li>
BPM platform certifications (Cora SeQuence Solution Architect, Appian, Pega) or <b>Azure certifications</b> (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert)</li><li>
Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience in <b>Agile / Scrum</b> environments</li></ul><div>
