Job Description:We are looking for a Marketing Boy / Field Executive who will be responsible for on-ground project activities including field visits, photoshoots, and data collection tasks as per project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visit assigned field locations for project-related work.</li><li>Conduct photo and video shoots of candidates as per project guidelines (with masks and proper setup).</li><li>Coordinate with the HR and Project Team for scheduling and daily targets.</li><li>Ensure proper data collection, file naming, and timely submission of content.</li><li>Maintain professional behavior and follow all safety and project rules during fieldwork.</li><li>Assist in promotional or marketing activities if required by the company.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).</li><li>Should be comfortable with fieldwork and travel.</li><li>Basic knowledge of using a smartphone/camera for photo and video shoots.</li><li>Must be punctual, disciplined, and professional in behavior.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and meet daily work targets.</li></ul>Employment Type:Full-time, Field-basedSalary:&#8377;12,000 &ndash; &#8377;15,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bhiwadi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
