Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Lead Generation Fronter to manage and engage leads generated from Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) ads. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for qualifying leads and ensuring high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team for conversion. This role focuses on lead communication, qualification, and engagement, not ad creation.The role has a monthly revenue target of $4,000 &ndash; $5,000, which you will help achieve by delivering high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to leads from Facebook/Instagram ads within minutes via WhatsApp, Messenger, or Email.</li><li>Conduct first contact and initial lead qualification.</li><li>Ask pre-qualification questions to determine lead intent, budget, and needs.</li><li>Differentiate qualified leads from non-qualified leads to maximize sales efficiency.</li><li>Record all lead details and follow-up actions in CRM or lead sheets.</li><li>Pass sales-ready leads to the assigned sales closer team.</li><li>Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads and increase conversion.</li><li>Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to optimize campaigns.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead count, qualified leads, conversion rates, and next actions.</li><li>Maintain scripts and messaging templates for quick and consistent responses.</li><li>Fully understand the brand, products, and value proposition to communicate clearly with leads.</li><li>Work proactively to achieve the monthly revenue target of $4,000 &ndash; $5,000 by generating and qualifying high-quality leads.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in lead handling, customer engagement, or sales communication.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.</li><li>Ability to differentiate between real and junk leads effectively.</li><li>Comfortable using WhatsApp, Messenger, Email, and CRM tools.</li><li>Understanding of Meta Ads lead funnels and lead forms.</li><li>Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and time-management discipline.</li><li>Ability to provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality and campaign performance.</li></ul>Work Environment &amp; Shift:<ul><li>In-house role (work from office)</li><li>Night shift: 9:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 AM, Monday to Saturday</li><li>Location: North Nazimabad Block A, Karachi</li><li>Salary: Depends on experience</li></ul>Work Location: In person
