Position Summary:</div><div>
The District Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of territory sales target for the company and oversees all resources, including clinical support and additional field sales representatives. This includes overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building and fostering client relationships, and ensuring the effective sales of NEVRO&rsquo;s products to meet/exceed sales forecasts and goals. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director (RSD).</div><div></div><div>
Essential Functions:</div><ul><li>
Territory Management/Account Development.</li><li>
Develops and acts on business plans which identifies opportunities within current customer base and helps formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.</li><li>
Is competent in all areas of programming (HF, LF, etc) and complex case coverage in the operating room</li><li>
Prospects new customers and drives lead follow-up.</li><li>
Works in partnership with a focus on development of clinical and associate sales team members to meet/exceed sales targets for the region.</li><li>
Positively positions our products and services to existing and new clients in the region.</li><li>
Develops and implements strategies to counter competitors.</li><li>
Establishes strong working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff.</li><li>
Trains and educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals, etc.) to keep customers abreast of new and existing products.</li><li>
Probes to understand and confirm customers&rsquo; needs, handle objections and gain commitment.</li><li>
Asset/inventory management.</li><li>
Initiates and evaluates corporate pricing agreements with customers to ensure competitive value of product line.</li><li>
Reports on sales process, market conditions, and customer activities to sales leader.</li><li>
Utilizes internal platforms to ensure flawless execution of product delivery to clients and patients.</li><li>
Plans, coordinates, and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of other internal resources, intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.</li><li>
Represents company at industry conferences and maximizes potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads, and pursues opportunities to promote the company&rsquo;s product range.</li><li>
Develops and maintains productive working relationships within company to ensure maximum sales support and maintain a high level of customer service.</li><li>
Contributes to the development of a strong team effort.</li><li>
Recognizes and understands competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company&rsquo;s products.</li><li>
Provides high level of service with patient outcomes held in the highest regard.</li><li>
Daily travel within assigned territory</li><li>

Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required OR equivalent years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement</li><li>
3+ years of medical sales experience with a proven track record of success</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License, clean driving record per company policy, and active vehicle insurance policy.</li><li>
Adheres to company policies and conducts all business in an ethical manner.</li><li>
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, dependent on territory geography.</li></ul><ul><li>
Operating room sales, highly preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in previous sales role; indicating a high level of sales performance.</li><li>
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize own daily work routine to meet region requirements.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal skills.</li><li>

Position Summary:</div><div>
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company's leave programs and Health &amp; Welfare benefits. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees navigating FMLA, state leave, disability, and workers' compensation, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant case management. The Benefits Specialist also supports Open Enrollment, benefits eligibility processing, and employee inquiries related to medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. This position reports to the Benefits Manager and plays a critical operational role in delivering a seamless benefits experience.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Functions:</div><div>
Leave Administration</div><ul><li><div>
Administer all leave programs, including FMLA, state-mandated leave (e.g., NJFLA, NYPFL, CFRA), parental leave, medical leave, and personal leave.</div></li><li><div>
Review and process leave requests, determine eligibility, and issue required notices in compliance with federal and state regulations.</div></li><li><div>
Serve as the primary liaison between employees, managers, and third-party leave administrators (if applicable).</div></li><li><div>
Track leave balances, coordinate with Payroll for accurate pay processing, and maintain leave records in HRIS.</div></li><li><div>

Workers' Compensation &amp; OSHA Support</div><ul><li><div>
Assist with the administration of workers' compensation claims, including initial reporting, documentation, and coordination with the TPA and risk management.</div></li><li><div>

Audit eligibility files and carrier invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.</div></li><li><div>
Respond to employee inquiries regarding medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and HSA plans via phone, email, and in-person.</div></li><li><div>
