Position Summary:</div><div>
The Fast Track Associate Trauma Specialist is tasked with marketing and promoting Globus Medical products within the guidelines of the company&rsquo;s quality policy and procedures. The sales goals and objectives assigned will be met and exceeded by having a full knowledge of Globus products, offerings, and surgical techniques, as well as understanding the customer needs and professionally positioning Globus Medical products above the competitions.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Functions:</div><ul><li>
Meets or exceeds all sales goals and objectives assigned in assigned territory</li><li>
Gains and consistently increases product knowledge through formal sales training; surgeon speaker programs, attends surgeries or visits, and industry research</li><li>
Communicates new ideas promptly to product development</li><li>
Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed</li><li>
Develops thorough knowledge and understanding of all Globus Medical products and major competitors in all product area</li><li>
Regularly provides feedback on topics such as product development opportunities, new target accounts, sales performance, and market feedback</li><li>
Develops relationships with key trauma surgeon customers</li><li>
Maintains Consignments and Loaner inventory, moves loaner sets between accounts as needed</li><li>
Creates and implements an annual business plan with quarterly updates</li><li>
Manages travel expenses within budget</li><li>

Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
2+ years medical device sales or surgical related products experience and a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li><li>
Experience within an operating room</li><li>
Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends</li><li>
Ability to collaborate and influence; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Strong understanding of skeletal/orthopedic anatomy</li><li>

The HFX Coach, part of the patient success team, plays an important role in ensuring superior outcomes with therapy. The HFX Coach interacts with patients to provide technical and product expertise. The position is part of the Customer Excellence group and will work in collaboration with Sales Representatives, Therapy Consultants, and internal teams.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Functions:</div><ul><li><div>
Communicate directly with patients.</div></li><li><div>
Serve as a resource for clinical patient support for issues relating to device troubleshooting and Company product inquires.</div></li><li><div>
Provide exceptional clinical education for Company products and related procedures and, responding to detailed technical inquiries from patients.</div></li><li><div>
Respond to all patient and field communications in a timely manner. Responsible for reporting all complaints regarding products to the appropriate Company personnel within the required time frames.</div></li><li><div>
Provide appropriately documented follow-up on all patient interactions to the sales team. Consult with other internal Nevro departments when needed to maintain solid clinical outcomes.</div></li><li><div>

Position Summary:</div><div>
The District Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of territory sales target for the company and oversees all resources, including clinical support and additional field sales representatives. This includes overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building and fostering client relationships, and ensuring the effective sales of NEVRO&rsquo;s products to meet/exceed sales forecasts and goals. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director (RSD).</div><div></div><div>

Territory Management/Account Development.</li><li>
Develops and acts on business plans which identifies opportunities within current customer base and helps formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.</li><li>
Is competent in all areas of programming (HF, LF, etc) and complex case coverage in the operating room</li><li>
Prospects new customers and drives lead follow-up.</li><li>
Works in partnership with a focus on development of clinical and associate sales team members to meet/exceed sales targets for the region.</li><li>
Positively positions our products and services to existing and new clients in the region.</li><li>
Develops and implements strategies to counter competitors.</li><li>
