Position Summary:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for all engineering functions of their product lines. This includes bringing a product from idea/concept through design, prototyping, development testing, design verification and validation, manufacturing, FDA approvals, product introduction and post introduction monitoring. This individual will work closely with surgeons and all other functions of the company to ensure high quality and on-time product introductions.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Obtaining market feedback from surgeons and other customers to determine functional and design specifications for new product development</li><li>
Creating and maintaining project plans and FDA complaint Design history Files (DHF) for each project</li><li>
Managing all aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely completion of tasks while remaining in full compliance with Globus quality system and other applicable regulatory bodies</li><li>
Designing and developing instruments and implants using Creo Parametric software</li><li>
Partnering with in-house prototype shop and outside vendors for rapid prototyping and evaluation</li><li>
Performing design verification and validation activities to ensure designs meet specifications</li><li>
Collaborating with marketing and product managers to develop forecasts and market plans</li><li>
Assisting in the writing of regulatory applications to the FDA and other regulatory bodies</li><li>
Partnering with the operations department to setup manufacturing and/or purchasing as appropriate for each project</li><li>
Participating in product introductions through sales training, customer calls/visits, etc.</li><li>
Maintaining diligent post introduction monitoring to address and customer requests for changes</li><li>
Researching industry and direct competitors on an ongoing basis to ensure that Globus has cutting edge technology in all markets entered</li><li>
Adhering to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies</li><li>
Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role</li><li>
Representing the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Two to seven years of mechanical design engineering experience, preferably in the medical device field</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar area of study</li><li>
Proficiency in Creo Parametric software or similar CAD software for design and drafting required</li><li>
Proven leader of people with strong self-starting skills</li><li>
Ability to work in fast paced environment; Multi-tasking abilities required for successful job completion</li><li>
Well organized, detail oriented and team player capable of working in a deadline dictated environment</li><li>
Ability to adequately represent and reflect company philosophy to customers, investors, regulatory agencies, and industry peers</li><li>
Proficient in preparation of reports and budgets</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time and attend surgeries/labs</li><li>
Ability to attend surgeries and/or labs</li></ul>

Position Summary:
The District Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of territory sales target for the company and oversees all resources, including clinical support and additional field sales representatives. This includes overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building and fostering client relationships, and ensuring the effective sales of NEVRO&rsquo;s products to meet/exceed sales forecasts and goals. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director (RSD).
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Territory Management/Account Development.</li><li>
Develops and acts on business plans which identifies opportunities within current customer base and helps formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals.</li><li>
Is competent in all areas of programming (HF, LF, etc) and complex case coverage in the operating room</li><li>
Prospects new customers and drives lead follow-up.</li><li>
Works in partnership with a focus on development of clinical and associate sales team members to meet/exceed sales targets for the region.</li><li>
Positively positions our products and services to existing and new clients in the region.</li><li>
Develops and implements strategies to counter competitors.</li><li>
Establishes strong working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff.</li><li>
Trains and educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals, etc.) to keep customers abreast of new and existing products.</li><li>
Probes to understand and confirm customers&rsquo; needs, handle objections and gain commitment.</li><li>
Asset/inventory management.</li><li>
Initiates and evaluates corporate pricing agreements with customers to ensure competitive value of product line.</li><li>
Reports on sales process, market conditions, and customer activities to sales leader.</li><li>
Utilizes internal platforms to ensure flawless execution of product delivery to clients and patients.</li><li>
Plans, coordinates, and executes local educational and sales events, with the support of other internal resources, intended to augment the business and help to deliver assigned sales goals.</li><li>
Represents company at industry conferences and maximizes potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads, and pursues opportunities to promote the company&rsquo;s product range.</li><li>
Develops and maintains productive working relationships within company to ensure maximum sales support and maintain a high level of customer service.</li><li>
Contributes to the development of a strong team effort.</li><li>
Recognizes and understands competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company&rsquo;s products.</li><li>
Provides high level of service with patient outcomes held in the highest regard.</li><li>
Daily travel within assigned territory</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required OR equivalent years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement</li><li>
3+ years of medical sales experience with a proven track record of success</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License, clean driving record per company policy, and active vehicle insurance policy.</li><li>
Adheres to company policies and conducts all business in an ethical manner.</li><li>
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, dependent on territory geography.</li></ul><ul><li>
Operating room sales, highly preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in previous sales role; indicating a high level of sales performance.</li><li>
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize own daily work routine to meet region requirements.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal skills.</li><li>
Possesses high empathy and compassion for patients.</li></ul>
