This individual will be supporting senior executives as needed.  Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Manage complex calendars of meetings, appointments, and events
 
 
 &bull; Handle schedule conflicts and last-minute changes
 
 
 &bull; Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
 
 
 &bull; Arrange personal travel, accommodations, and itineraries
 
 
 &bull; Organize events, meetings, and social engagements
 
 
 &bull; Run personal errands (shopping, reservations, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Maintain files, records, and important documents
 
 
 &bull; Assist with project coordination or basic bookkeeping
 
 
 &bull; Support ad hoc projects as needed
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree highly preferred
 
 
 &bull; 5&ndash;8 years of relevant experience required
 
 
 &bull; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
 
 
 &bull; Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
 
 
 &bull; Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal
 
 
 &bull; Flexibility in hours based on business needs, projects, and meetings

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide heavy calendar management for team, including complex scheduling across time zones and frequent priority shifts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage high-volume correspondence and phone coverage, serving as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, reservations, visas (as needed), and real-time adjustments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track receipts and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare meeting materials, coordinate conference room logistics, and greet clients and visitors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with team-wide initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc administrative requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure coverage, continuity, and smooth workflow across the broader team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives, ideally within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or another fast-paced corporate environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience with heavy scheduling and complex travel coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with expense reporting platforms (e.g., Concur or similar systems).
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
 </li>
