Location: Doha , QatarJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple 4-star hotel properties. The role focuses on corporate, MICE, and banquet sales while building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets.Salary Scale QAR 7000- QAR 10000Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow room, banquet, and MICE sales for assigned hotel clusterDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve budgeted targetsHandle key corporate, TA, and OTA accountsConduct sales calls, site inspections, and client negotiationsCoordinate with revenue and operations teams on pricing and inventoryMonitor market trends and competitor activityPrepare sales reports and forecastsRequirements:3&ndash;6 years of hotel sales experience (4-star or above preferred)Proven track record in corporate and MICE salesStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple propertiesProficiency in MS Office and hotel systemsInterested candidates send your resume toa.galal@gloriahotel.com.qajobs@goldbayhotels.qaJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
