Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Holidays Department with a dual focus:<ul><li>Selling outbound/inbound holiday packages to individual clients and groups.</li><li>Developing corporate travel deals by visiting offices, schools, and organizations to promote Gloria&rsquo;s travel solutions.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote and sell holiday packages (FIT, groups, outbound &amp; inbound).</li><li>Identify and approach potential corporate clients (companies, schools, organizations) to offer holiday and travel solutions.</li><li>Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with corporate accounts.</li><li>Build strong long-term relationships with both retail and corporate customers.</li><li>Prepare customized quotations and proposals tailored to individual and business needs.</li><li>Negotiate rates with hotels, DMCs, and travel suppliers.</li><li>Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales &amp; corporate targets.</li><li>Assist in marketing activities, events, and travel fairs.</li><li>Provide after-sales service and ongoing support to key accounts.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday sales / corporate travel.</li><li>Strong knowledge of outbound destinations, packages, and travel solutions.</li><li>Fluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage).</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to conduct client visits and build B2B partnerships.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus.</li><li>Presentable, self-motivated, and result-driven.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
