Your Contributions to the Team:
You will work at our Distribution Center located at 29548 Airport Road Eugene OR. A typical work week is Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or as needed - SOME OVERTIME MAY BE REQUIRED.

High School Diploma or the equivalent</li><li>
Prior experience in a food production setting is helpful but not required, we provide training!</li><li>
Ability to safely operate various pieces of equipment and hand tools</li><li>
Basic math and writing skills</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Positive attitude and a team player</li><li>
Dependability and punctuality</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds</li></ul>
This position's primary function is to pick orders, pack them appropriately, and help load orders onto trucks.<ul><li>
Pick items for distribution using a pick-ticket system.</li><li>
Palletize orders according to distribution routes.</li><li>
Place parcel shipments on appropriate stations and pack orders accordingly.</li><li>
Shrink-wrap orders onto pallets and identify them correctly.</li><li>
Correctly fill out all paperwork, including the pick sheet according to work instruction.</li><li>
Accurately pick and replenishment transfer for the factory store.</li><li>
Ability to load GB and 3rd party trucks with routes, LTLs, FTLs, and CPUs.</li><li>
Understand and follow all SOPs pertaining to Warehouse.</li><li>
Achieve 8.3% of total team lines picked.</li><li>
Maintain 99.8% shipping accuracy per line picked based on DC KPI.</li><li>
Communicate with Shipping Lead or Supervisor on inventory discrepancies.</li></ul><ul><li>
Use swipe card to clock in and out. Need to make sure to swipe card on every punch.</li><li>
Clean warehouse as needed, including emptying trash and cleaning floors.</li></ul><ul><li>
Provide receiving support for the honey yard and inbound raw material deliveries.</li><li>
Safely unload inbound trucks in accordance with safety and handling procedures.</li><li>
Operate sit-down and reach forklifts safely and efficiently.</li><li>
Perform accurate data entry within X3 receiving systems and processes.</li><li>
Verify received quantities, documentation, and product condition against shipping paperwork.</li><li>
Ensure pallets are stored correctly, safely, and maintained in excellent condition.</li><li>
Sanitize and clean the warehouse, docks, and surrounding work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.</li><li>
Ensure all receiving documents are completed and entered accurately and in a timely manner.</li></ul>
