 Summary
 This position will thoroughly and accurately read work orders to add all PIO parts and literature on each vehicle processed. Available to work overtime throughout the week as well as weekends.
 Responsibilities
 Ensure B-Pillar VIN and work order match prior to throwing in parts
 Report all VINs mismatch and reject unit
 Scan all vehicles to identified Hold's and Stop sales
 Direct all vehicles to the proper overflow areas when VPC is full
 Inform Supervisor or lead if any issues with Monroney printers or network issues
 Verify all PIOs codes match work order and Monroney label
 Inspect and hang color tag any discrepancies
 Coordinate with Warehouse for parts requests
 Conduct month-end PIO parts inventory audit
 Ensure work area is free of debris/boxes to maintain a safe work space
 Sort booklet materials in proper bins
 Maintain PIO pallet area and coordinate with Warehouse for any removal
 Ensure interior of vehicle is clean and free of debris.
 Ensure work area is clean and organize
 Other duties as assigned

 $24.09 per hour
 Skills
 <ul>
<li>Automotive knowledge preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of hand held electronics preferred</li>
<li>Employees assigned to vehicle processing and accessory installation functions that utilize English-only client work orders must be able to read and understand English-language instructions and documentation necessary to safely and accurately complete assigned tasks</li>

Education & Experience

<li>High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required</li>
<li>Must hold a valid State Issued Driver's License Required</li>
<li>1 year of Warehouse/Parts Pulling experience Preferred</li>

 Summary
 The Senior Manager of this role leads logistics and project management for strategic customers, focusing on driving company growth by identifying new markets, forging strategic partnerships, and cultivating long-term client relationships. This role handles Market Analysis, Relationship Building, Pitching & Negotiation & Cross-Functional Collaboration. The senior manager collaborates closely with procurement, existing vendors, and internal teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified logistics providers through thorough due diligence.
 Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end logistics management for strategic customer cargo, including import/export and inland transportation.</li>
<li>Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new customer segments to uncover untapped opportunities.</li>
<li>Identify, qualify, and reach out to prospective clients and strategic partners focus on Heavy Haul & W&D Industry</li>
<li>Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and partners.</li>
<li>Collaborate with existing vendors, procurement teams, and other relevant internal departments to discover new vendor opportunities and conduct joint due diligence activities.</li>
<li>Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with company goals.</li>
<li>Support LA / SAV warehouse business development with relevant sales & operation teams to refine strategies based on client feedback and market.</li>
<li>Analyze logistics performance metrics and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with U.S. customs, DOT, environmental regulations, and applicable laws.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
<li>Lead strategic project planning and execution to ensure project milestones, timelines, and operational objectives are achieved</li>
<li>Develop and implement project governance, reporting structures, and escalation processes for strategic customer projects.</li>
<li>Conduct project risk assessments and establish mitigation plans to minimize operational and financial exposure.</li>
<li>Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and profitability to support business objectives.</li>
<li>Support strategic account growth initiatives and identify opportunities for service expansion.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison between strategic customers, internal teams, affiliate partners, and external vendors to align logistics and project objectives.</li>
<li>Prepare business proposals, cost analyses, and presentations to support strategic initiatives and business development.</li>
<li>Coordinate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and ensure full compliance.</li>
<li>Prepare executive-level project updates, performance reports, and business reviews for senior leadership.</li>
<li>Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on project priorities, customer expectations, and operational execution.</li>
<li>Support annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities related to strategic projects</li>

Compensation Range
 $110,000 - $130,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
