 What's the Role?
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re hiring a full-time Lead Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment of senior and specialized technical talent for Glow&rsquo;s global engineering organization. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with executives and hiring managers to identify, attract, and close top 1% talent &mdash; building the technical leadership core that powers Glow&rsquo;s AI-driven insurance platform.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering, data, and product roles across multiple geographies
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements, interview processes, and hiring goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and mentor recruiters, helping elevate sourcing quality and consistency across technical hiring
 </li>
 <li>
 Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) and use data to drive continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
 </li>
 <li>
 Build Glow&rsquo;s tech talent brand by representing the company in technical communities and talent networks
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical and leadership hiring (Engineering Managers, Senior Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Architects)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience hiring for U.S.-based or global engineering teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals &mdash; languages, frameworks, infrastructure, and data systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication skills &mdash; clear, structured, and influential
