This is a 2 year start-up general dentist office. We are looking for someone with front and back experienceOur work environment includes:<ul><li>Modern office setting</li><li>Lively atmosphere</li><li>Safe work environment</li></ul>Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Take and develop dental x-rays - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical historyQualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program - X-ray certification - Knowledge of medical coding and documentation - Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus - Proficiency in computer software such as CAD and Epic - Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dental assisting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
