All new hires begin as Regular Lash Artists during their initial onboarding and assessment period.Senior Lash Artist placement is not automatic and is based on in-studio performance, service quality, guest experience, timing, consistency, retention potential, and alignment with Glow Up Studio&rsquo;s Senior standards.Candidates who demonstrate Senior-level performance during the assessment period may be eligible to move into the Senior Lash Artist title, Senior pricing level, and related compensation structure.
