About The Role:</b></div><p>
The Esthetician is a licensed professional responsible for delivering Glowbar's signature 30-minute facial with consistency and care. As product and ingredient experts, they create tailored treatment plans, educate clients through every step, and recommend products to support at-home routines - building lasting relationships that drive repeat visits and membership growth.</p><p>
Estheticians collaborate closely with Studio Guides and Managers to deliver a seamless client experience, maintain an immaculate treatment room, and practice mindful product usage. They are accountable for client satisfaction, retail integration, and strict adherence to time and attendance&mdash;taking proactive ownership of their schedules so clients always receive the service they expect.</p><p>

Manage correct Glowbar usage in reach room and communicate when replenishment is necessary</div></li><li><div>
Provide each client with a treatment plan and recommend products that support it</div></li><li><div>
Guide every client toward rebooking and membership as the best way to achieve their skincare goals</div></li><li><div>
Clean the treatment room using sanitation standards before and after each client</div></li><li><div>
Aid in cleaning the studio in front of house and back of house as needed</div></li><li><div>
Learn the role of a Studio Guide and sit at the front desk during times of need</div></li><li><div>
Be the ultimate Glowbar ambassador in personality, presentation standards and education</div></li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>

Consistently achieves $1,000+ in monthly product sales</div></li><li><div>

Flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, and varied weekday shifts</div><ul><li><div>
Full-Time: 5 days open availability (including both weekend days)</div></li><li><div>
Part-Time: 3 days open availability (including one weekend day)</div></li><li><div>

Working Conditions:</b><br>
At Glowbar, our studios are active, client-focused environments &mdash; and we want you to know what&rsquo;s involved behind the scenes. Here&rsquo;s what you can expect physically in this role:</p><ul><li><p>
Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the entire shift</p></li><li><div>
Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting (up to 15 pounds) &mdash; including merchandise, laundry, and back-of-house supplies</div></li><li><div>
Climbing up and down stairs during shift operations</div></li><li><div>
Remaining mobile and on your feet for the full duration of your shift (shift lengths may vary)</div></li><li><div>
Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels, particularly in laundry or supply areas</div></li><li><div>
Performing operational tasks such as restocking, organizing supplies, and light cleaning</div></li><li><p>
