 Female Receptionist
 
 to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to maintain a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and official correspondence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform filing, data entry, and document management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle other duties assigned by management.
