Job PurposeThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations , ensuring accurate inventory management, timely billing, goods receipt (GRN) processing , and supporting basic accounting functions . This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with internal policies, and smooth coordination between warehouse, finance, and procurement teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Warehouse Operations</li><li>Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.</li><li>Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.</li><li>Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.</li><li>Billing &amp; GRN</li><li>Process billing accurately and on time for goods dispatched.</li><li>Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received materials, verifying quantity, quality, and documentation .</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing or GRN discrepancies .</li><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Maintain accurate records of stock levels , including stock in/out and adjustments.</li><li>Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation with physical counts.</li><li>Implement FIFO / LIFO inventory methods and maintain proper storage practices.</li><li>Accounting &amp; Reporting</li><li>Support basic accounting functions such as invoice verification, expense tracking, and ledger entries.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse and inventory reports for management.</li><li>Assist Finance/Accounts team during internal and external audits .</li><li>Team Management</li><li>Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs .</li><li>Monitor staff productivity and maintain attendance and performance records .</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies .</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, billing, and GRN processes .</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation .</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Warehouse Management Systems .</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills .</li><li>Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team .</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and billing/accounting functions.</li><li>Experience in ERP systems, inventory control software, and billing systems is a plus.</li><li>Performance Metrics / KPIs</li><li>Accuracy of billing and GRN processing .</li><li>Inventory accuracy and reduction in discrepancies .</li><li>Timely preparation of warehouse and financial reports .</li><li>Compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Warehouse Manager - Quartz/Marble

&middot; Oversee the research, formulation, and design of new quartz slab shades, patterns, and textures.&middot; Innovate new product lines, considering market demand and emerging trends.&middot; Evaluate and introduce new raw materials, resins, and pigments to improve quality and aesthetics.&middot; Collaborate with CAD/CNC designers to create unique slab designs.&middot; Ensure new products comply with international quality standards and regulations.&middot; Work closely with quality assurance teams to test product durability, strength, and chemical resistance.&middot; Oversee trials and pilot production to validate product performance.&middot; Develop efficient formulations and production processes to reduce costs without compromising quality.&middot; Work with analysts to calculate material costs, optimize recipes, and improve profitability.&middot; Identify process improvements to enhance yield, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.&middot; Lead NPD projects from R&amp;D to full-scale production, ensuring timely launches.&middot; Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.&middot; Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of new products.&middot; Lab Technicians (for material testing and formulation)&middot; CAD/CNC Designers &amp; Market Researchers (for product design and market alignment)&middot; Quality Testers &amp; Compliance Officers (for quality validation)&middot; Analysts/Data Operators/Costing Specialists (for performance tracking and cost optimization)&middot; Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams for product presentations.&middot; Assist in creating marketing materials and specifications for new products.&middot; Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary R&amp;D team, including scientists, engineers, and technical staff.&middot; Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the R&amp;D department.&middot; Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and ensure skill development through training programs.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
