Job Overview: The Facility Supervisor ensures the smooth daily operations and maintenance of GluCare's healthcare facility. This includes overseeing building systems, clinic cleanliness, equipment functionality, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and general upkeep to provide a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security</li><li>Ensure all areas of the clinic are clean, organized, and meet healthcare standards</li><li>Coordinate and oversee preventive and emergency maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical systems</li><li>Work closely with clinic staff to ensure facility-related needs are addressed promptly</li><li>Manage and liaise with third-party contractors and service providers</li><li>Monitor and track inventory of maintenance supplies and order when necessary</li><li>Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety and functionality</li><li>Enforce adherence to health and safety standards, including fire safety protocols</li><li>Ensure all equipment and systems (e.g., generators, elevators, medical gas systems) are operational and routinely serviced</li><li>Respond to facility-related emergencies or urgent repair issues in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and vendor agreements</li><li>Support planning and execution of facility upgrades or renovations as needed</li><li>Coordinate office moves or room setups in collaboration with HR and Operations </li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Proven experience as a Facility Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting</li><li>Experience in handling medical and non medical equipment in a facility, awareness of PPM, MOH, DHA requirements</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)</li><li>Familiarity with UAE safety, health, and facility standards</li><li>Good communication and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors</li><li>Hands-on problem-solving attitude and ability to respond quickly to issues</li><li>Proficient in facility management software/tools is a plus</li><li>Must be organized, reliable, and flexible with work schedules </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Diploma or certification in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment is strongly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and DHA facility requirements</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?FXIqvVuqFNiGfxslBaLqavuO8oSuZDMqf" width="0" height="0" />
