You will work closely with developers, managers, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and execute test strategies that uphold the high standards our clients expect. You&rsquo;ll help us build scalable, automated, and efficient test processes within a fast-paced, agile development environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and API-based applications.</li><li>Participate in requirements reviews and provide feedback on testability, risks, and quality.</li><li>Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts using modern tools and languages.</li><li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to ensure thorough testing of new features and fixes.</li><li>Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira, and assist in root cause analysis.</li><li>Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and practices.</li><li>Advocate for product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.</li></ul>RequirementsMust-Have:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally within a SaaS environment.</li><li>Solid experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).</li><li>Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).</li><li>Experience with RESTful API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.</li><li>Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, test types (functional, regression, performance), and software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a remote and globally distributed team.</li><li>Very good English communication skills.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have:<ul><li>Experience with AI testing tool like Testim.</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>ISTQB or other QA-related certifications.</li><li>Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).</li></ul>About Glue Up:Founded in 2013, Glue Up is an all-in-one engagement management software that transforms the way member organizations operate, manage their members, and grow their organization.
