<br><div><p>Duties can include any of the following: Contract Management, Sourcing, Category Management, Vendor Management, Process Development, and Procurement Operations
</p><ul><li>Conduct research on potential suppliers, market trends, and pricing benchmarks
</li><li>Assist in gathering data for supplier evaluations and risk assessments
</li><li>Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities
</li><li>Prepare reports and dashboards to support category strategies and sourcing decisions
</li><li>Assist in drafting RFXs, coordinate responses, and compile evaluation summaries
</li><li>Support contract lifecycle activities including tracking expirations and renewals
</li><li>Identify inefficiencies in procurement workflows and suggest improvements
</li><li>Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs)
</li><li>Help update supplier profiles and manage purchase requisitions
</li><li>Contributes to team effort by completing special projects as needed

</b></p><ul><li>Ability to promote highly ethical practice of the Procurement function
</li><li>Strong use of market knowledge and standard processes to source contractors and suppliers, and ability to liaise with them to ensure optimum service, including quality, and cost-effective goods/services
</li><li>Proficient knowledge of contract terms and conditions and knowledge of information security practices
</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills required, this incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders
</li><li>Strong analytic skills, ability to understand strategies and business-related concepts
</li><li>Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
</li><li>Ability to perform under pressure and to adjust to changing priorities
</li><li>Must be able to work independently or in a team setting
</li><li>Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (including Excel, Word and Access)</li></ul></div>

<br><div><p>The Financial Analyst I will perform analysis of financial information encompassing financial statement forecasting. This team member will also assist in the preparation of various models and financial reports used in the monthly and quarterly financial forecast. You will serve as a subject matter expert and ensure projects are delivered on time.
</p><p><b>In this role you will:
</b></p><ul><li>Analyze financial information, including trends and forecasts
</li><li>Develop, evaluate, and monitor short/long term corporate forecasting models.
</li><li>Analyze monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results and communicate important trends and measurements.
</li><li>Create various balance sheet, revenue, and expense forecasts for disclosures and business scenarios.
</li><li>Perform variance analysis and research to explain any differences.
</li><li>Assist in the creation of the annual corporate budget.
</li><li>Maintain thorough knowledge of financial data/information sources.
</li><li>Prepare ad hoc analysis for management.

</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (i.e., recording and debugging macros, charting, pivot tables).

</li><li>Ability to use historical trends to develop dynamic budgeting and forecasting models.Basic knowledge of data mining tools such as Access, SAS, and SQL.
