Date posted: April 21, 2026Pay: will be discussed during interview as its depends up the no of years of work experience in GCC and based on the discussionJob description:Managing the activities on the site, preparing inspection requests and handing over the executed works to the engineer.&Oslash; Ordering and submitting materials and materials samples.&Oslash; Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.&Oslash; Preparing and updating works time schedule and managing work to keep it flowing according to the approved schedule.&Oslash; Preparing reports, submittals, letters and any needed response.&Oslash; Monitoring our subcontractors works and perform quality control inspections for delivered and executed works to ensure that it is pursuant to the contract specifications and drawings.&Oslash; Prepare interim payments, variations, and claims to be submitted to the maincontractor.&Oslash; Prepare subcontractors interim payments.&Oslash; Participated in project close-out.&Oslash; Pricing any variations.&Oslash; Managing &amp; scheduling of manpower, material, equipment &amp; all activities for actual daily needs on construction sites.&Oslash; Contractor&rsquo;s submittals reviewing, Sub-contractor&rsquo;s prequalification documents, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, shop drawings, etc...&Oslash; Analysis and recommendations of claims for Extension of Time &amp; Variation Order.&Oslash; Rich knowledge in finishing standards &amp; quality control.&Oslash; BOQ preparation of civil works.&Oslash; Tender offer analysis&Oslash; Monthly payment invoice reviewJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED5,000.00Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Salary Expectation </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>GCC : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
