Key responsibilities<ul><li>Student assessment and guidance:</li><li>Conduct comprehensive career assessments to evaluate students' skills, interests, and goals.</li><li>Provide personalized one-on-one counseling on educational and career opportunities.</li><li>Assist with academic planning, including course selection and registration.</li><li>Planning and development:</li><li>Develop personalized educational plans and long-term career plans for students.</li><li>Help students set educational goals and make informed decisions about their future.</li><li>Collaboration and outreach:</li><li>Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student progress.</li><li>Conduct workshops and informational sessions for students and parents on educational and career topics.</li><li>Stay informed about current educational programs, scholarships, industry trends, and labor market needs.</li><li>Record keeping and support:</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.</li><li>Respond to student needs and act as a point of contact for academic and personal concerns.</li></ul>Required skills and qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.</li><li>Empathy, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle stressful situations.</li><li>A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Experience in career counseling or a related field is beneficial.</li><li>Only Female candidates are required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
