What You'll Do:

This is a Part-Time Hourly Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be dedicated to understanding customers' needs and following through in offering meaningful and unique solutions. You are always the first person to welcome a customer when they enter a store, and you are responsible for advising, selling, and recommending products. When you are not servicing customers, you are actively restocking products, maintaining visual merchandising, fulfilling online orders, and performing cleaning duties. In this key role, you'll represent the GNC brand by offering by promoting our &quot;Live Well&quot; message to customers.

<li>Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.</li>
<li>Ability to genuinely interact with customers to help them choose the right products, as well as making recommendations based on your overall product knowledge and understanding of their needs.</li>
<li>Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.</li>
<li>Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.</li>
<li>Boost product knowledge by learning the features, advantages and benefits. Staying on top of nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.</li>
<li>Support store management in the opening, closing and operating of a retail store. This includes cash handling, inventory count and deposits, and maintaining store appearance.</li>

Environmental Factors &amp; Working Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.</li>
<li>Frequent reaching and bending and twisting - below waist and above shoulders.</li>
<li>Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.</li>
<li>Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.</li>
<li>Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees - especially in our stock room areas.</li>

Sales Associates are expected to model reliability a flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the store. Generally, Sales Associates are expected to:

Customers arrive with high expectations, high intent, and little patience for friction. Great UX at GNC has to do two things simultaneously: work flawlessly and look exceptional. This role exists to deliver both.

We&rsquo;re hiring a UX &amp; Digital Creative Designer who sits at the intersection of user experience and visual craft. This is not a pure UX role, and it is not a pure creative design role. It is both, intentionally. GNC needs someone who can map a customer journey and make it beautiful, who thinks in flows and in aesthetics, who treats the quality of every interaction and every visual element as equally non-negotiable.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

This is a Full-Time Salary Position

The UX &amp; Digital Creative Designer will move between crafting high-fidelity UX across web and mobile and producing polished digital creative that is sharp enough to stand alongside top-tier consumer brands. Reporting into the Sr. Director/Head of Product Management, the role partners daily with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams, and helps build the design foundation - the system, the patterns, the standards - that lets the team move faster and more consistently over time.

UX Design
<ul>
<li>Own the customer experience across digital channels. Lead UX design for GNC&rsquo;s web and mobile platforms, from top-of-funnel discovery through product pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase. Take personal accountability for the quality and coherence of the end-to-end journey.</li>
<li>Translate product requirements into great design. Work directly with product managers to convert briefs, user needs, and business goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are both usable and visually excellent.</li>
<li>Shape features before they get built. Embed early in the product development process. Influence how features are scoped and defined, not just how they are designed. Push back on requirements that create friction. Advocate for the user when tradeoffs are being made.</li>
<li>Build and maintain the design system. Own GNC&rsquo;s digital design system - components, patterns, tokens, and guidelines. Ensure it evolves with the product, is understood by engineers, and is actually used rather than ignored.</li>
<li>Use data to make better design decisions. Draw on analytics, usability testing, A/B test results, and customer research to identify friction, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the experience. Design with evidence, not just instinct.</li>
</ul>
Digital Creative Design
<ul>
<li>Produce polished digital creative across product surfaces. Design landing pages, feature visuals, onsite promotional placements, and in-app creative that are visually sharp and conversion-oriented. The standard is consumer-brand quality, not retailer-template quality.</li>
<li>Apply strong visual craft to everything you make. Bring genuine aesthetic sensibility to every deliverable &mdash; typography, color systems, layout, imagery, visual hierarchy. Whether it is a product page or a checkout flow, the output should be beautiful as well as functional.</li>
<li>Evolve the brand within digital products. Partner with marketing to ensure GNC's digital experiences reflect the brand's current identity and direction. Maintain visual consistency across platforms while continuously pushing quality forward.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Partnership
<ul>
<li>Bridge UX and creative for the product team. Help Product and Engineering understand visual intent. Help Marketing and Ecommerce understand product constraints. Be the person who speaks both languages fluently.</li>
<li>Drive design culture across the team. Facilitate design reviews, UX critiques, and working sessions that raise the quality of thinking and output across the product team. Model what great looks like.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field</li>
<li>3&ndash;6 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a portfolio that demonstrates range across both product UX and digital creative. A portfolio is required, and visual quality will be evaluated alongside UX thinking</li>
<li>Deep proficiency in Figma; strong working fluency in Adobe Creative Suite</li>
<li>Genuine aesthetic sensibility - a clear point of view on what looks good, demonstrated through the quality and range of past work</li>
<li>Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and modern UX methodologies</li>
<li>Experience designing and working within design systems and component libraries across web and mobile platforms</li>
<li>Solid grasp of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)</li>
<li>Experience producing digital creative assets - banners, landing pages, email templates, social content &mdash; within brand guidelines and at production quality</li>
<li>Familiarity with data-driven design: usability testing, analytics, and A/B testing to inform UX improvements</li>
<li>Comfortable working in Agile product environments - understands sprints, product discovery, and iterative delivery</li>
<li>Working understanding of eCommerce journeys - discovery, PDP, cart, checkout, and post-purchase - and the design levers that move conversion</li>

We are seeking a Director of Public Relations who will lead our earned media strategy, strengthen relationships with key media partners, and help position GNC as a trusted authority in health, nutrition, and wellness.

The Director of Public Relation is a strategic communications leader and strong storyteller who can translate brand innovation, product launches, and company initiatives into compelling narratives that resonate with consumers, media, and industry stakeholders. This leader will develop and execute proactive PR strategies, guide executive communications, manage media relationships, and help protect and elevate the company&rsquo;s reputation.

The Director will identify and activate compelling stories across product innovation, expert credibility, partnerships, and company transformation initiatives.

<li>Lead the development and execution of GNC&rsquo;s public relations and earned media strategy to strengthen brand authority, increase awareness, and drive positive perception among consumers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Identify and activate compelling brand stories aligned with GNC&rsquo;s strategic priorities, including product innovation, expert credibility, partnerships, and company transformation initiatives.</li>
<li>Build and manage relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure impactful coverage across consumer, business, and trade media.</li>
<li>Develop and elevate GNC&rsquo;s expert authority through thought leadership, media commentary, speaking opportunities, and industry participation.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, eCommerce, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure consistent narratives and storytelling across earned, owned, and paid channels.</li>

<li>Lead reputation management and crisis communications planning, ensuring readiness and alignment with corporate communications strategies.</li>
