What You'll Do:

This is a Part-Time Hourly Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be dedicated to understanding customers' needs and following through in offering meaningful and unique solutions. You are always the first person to welcome a customer when they enter a store, and you are responsible for advising, selling, and recommending products. When you are not servicing customers, you are actively restocking products, maintaining visual merchandising, fulfilling online orders, and performing cleaning duties. In this key role, you'll represent the GNC brand by offering by promoting our &quot;Live Well&quot; message to customers.
<ul>
<li>Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.</li>
<li>Ability to genuinely interact with customers to help them choose the right products, as well as making recommendations based on your overall product knowledge and understanding of their needs.</li>
<li>Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.</li>
<li>Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.</li>
<li>Boost product knowledge by learning the features, advantages and benefits. Staying on top of nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.</li>
<li>Support store management in the opening, closing and operating of a retail store. This includes cash handling, inventory count and deposits, and maintaining store appearance.</li>
</ul>
Environmental Factors &amp; Working Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.</li>
<li>Frequent reaching and bending and twisting - below waist and above shoulders.</li>
<li>Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.</li>
<li>Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.</li>
<li>Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees - especially in our stock room areas.</li>
<li>Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.</li>
</ul>
Sales Associates are expected to model reliability a flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the store. Generally, Sales Associates are expected to:

<li>Work nights or mornings to open or close the store.</li>
<li>Be able to work key peak business days/hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).</li>
<li>Work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.</li>
</ul>
Sales Associated must be at least 18 years of age.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Corporate Communications Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in internal communications and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and helping bring a company's culture and values to life through impactful communication.

This is a paid internship designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience in a corporate environment, with exposure to cross-functional teams and key communication initiatives. The duration is intended to be approximately 12 weeks, with flexibility to align with the candidate's schedule.

What You'll Do:

This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
<ul>
<li>Assist in creating internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet posts, and presentations.</li>
<li>Support the development of engaging content to promote company initiatives, culture, and events.</li>
<li>Help maintain and update internal communication platforms to ensure content is timely and relevant.</li>
<li>Assist in drafting written materials such as blogs, announcements, FAQs, and employee-facing messaging.</li>
<li>Support coordination of internal events and employee engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Creative teams on communication projects.</li>
<li>Help track engagement metrics and gather feedback to evaluate communication effectiveness.</li>
<li>Assist with maintaining content calendars and organizing communication plans.</li>
<li>Support administrative and project coordination tasks related to corporate communications.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement and communication strategies.</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>

<li>Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Interest in corporate communications, employee engagement, or internal branding.</li>
<li>Ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging content.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus.</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.</li>
