Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.</li><li>Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, placement agencies, and recruitment consultants.</li><li>Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Work closely with HR team members to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the recruitment process.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Negotiation and persuasion skills.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (1&ndash;6 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition [adjust based on requirement].</li><li>Experience in [industry-specific recruitment, e.g., IT, manufacturing] will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
