Job Summary:We are hiring a Warehouse Helper to support our pharmaceutical warehouse operations. Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced Pharmaceutical Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in pharma purchasing, strong knowledge of products and compliance, and excellent vendor coordination and negotiation skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical products</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/manufacturers</li><li>Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track timely deliveries</li><li>Maintain accurate records of transactions, vendor terms, and pricing</li><li>Ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.</li><li>Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and product certifications</li><li>Coordinate with QA/Regulatory teams to validate vendor documentation</li><li>Prepare regular reports on purchase performance, costs, and lead times</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement</li><li>Strong knowledge of pharma products, compliance, and documentation</li><li>Proficient in purchase/inventory software</li><li>Skilled in negotiation, documentation, and vendor management</li><li>Accuracy in data handling and timely follow-ups</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>D. Pharm / B.
