Role &amp; responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute procurement based on forecasts for mechanical, casting, brass, and sheet metal items.</li><li>Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) on time and monitor delivery status.</li><li>Handle end-to-end procurement: receipt, inspection, stacking, and stock management.</li><li>Maintain min/max inventory levels for critical and fast-moving items.</li><li>Keep procurement records, vendor documents, and SAP entries updated.</li><li>Reconcile vendor accounts, verify stock, and analyze vendor performance/price variance.</li><li>Develop and negotiate with vendors for cost, quality, and timely delivery.</li><li>Ensure the quality and quantity of materials received at the site.</li><li>Prepare comparative statements, MIS reports, and annual procurement budgets.</li><li>Identify long lead-time parts early and place orders in advance.</li><li>Visit supplier factories for status review and relationship building.</li><li>Support new projects with vendor development, costing, and time planning.</li></ul>Level of Education and Professional Experience:<ul><li>Higher education, preferably a Bachelor's in Engineering.</li><li>Education: B.E.
