Job Summary:We are looking for a versatile creative professional who can independently handle both 2D animation and video editing tasks across a variety of projects and formats. This role requires strong expertise in rig-based 2D animation (not frame-by-frame) as well as hands-on experience editing short-form and long-form videos (including A-roll/B-roll) for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full animation pipeline (pre-production to post), and the ability to craft professional, engaging video content from raw footage and static assets.______________Responsibilities:Video Editing<ul><li>Software: Premiere Pro and After Effects.</li><li>Edit A-roll and B-roll footage.</li><li>Produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts,) and long-form content (YouTube videos).</li><li>Sync music, sound effects, and voiceovers as needed.</li><li>Format and export for various platforms, maintaining proper resolution and aspect ratios.</li></ul>2D Animation (Rig-Based)<ul><li>Software: Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.</li><li>Design and illustrate characters, backgrounds, props, and environments</li><li>Develop storyboards and animatics during pre-production.</li><li>Create rig-based animations (not frame-by-frame) using Adobe Animate, applying key animation principles.</li><li>Animate characters and scenes from initial concept to final output.</li><li>Take ownership of projects across all stages:</li></ul>o Pre-Production: Storyboarding, scripting (if needed), asset designo Production: Rigging, animating, editing video contento Post-Production: Final edits, effects, exports, optimization for platformsRequired Skills &amp; Tools:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:</li></ul>o Adobe Animateo After Effectso Premiere Proo Photoshop &amp; Illustrator<ul><li>Strong knowledge of rig-based animation workflows and animation principles</li><li>Video editing experience across both short-form and long-form formats</li><li>Experience editing with A-roll/B-roll structure</li><li>Ability to illustrate and rig characters, props, and backgrounds</li><li>Strong eye for storytelling, timing, pacing, and design</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working across multiple projects</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):<ul><li>Graphic design skills (social media posts, thumbnails, etc.)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: Up to &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
