About Our Team 
We are a performance-driven social commerce team at Go Fish Digital specializing in TikTok Live and affiliate-driven growth. We partner with fast-growing brands across fashion, wellness, fitness, and food/beverage to drive real-time sales through engaging, conversion-focused live shopping experiences. We are immediately hiring for a women&rsquo;s fashion live shopping role, with additional opportunities across wellness and lifestyle verticals launching soon. 
About the Role 
You will host TikTok Live shopping streams where you:<ul><li>
Engage viewers in real time</li><li>
Demonstrate and model products</li><li>
Answer live questions</li><li>
Drive urgency and conversion</li><li>
Create an entertaining, high-energy shopping experience</li></ul> 
For fashion specifically, this includes modeling clothing, discussing fit/fabric/sizing, and helping viewers purchase confidently. 
For other verticals (wellness, fitness, food/bev), this includes product education, benefits breakdown, and live demonstrations. 
This is a sales-forward role. Energy and stamina matter &mdash; most streams run 2&ndash;3+ hours. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Host scheduled TikTok Live shopping streams</li><li>
Sustain high energy and strong on-camera presence for full duration</li><li>
Confidently speak to product features, benefits, and FAQs</li><li>
Create urgency using flash sales, giveaways, limited-time offers</li><li>
Collaborate with your moderator during the live to maximize sales</li><li>
Review product briefs and strategy prior to each show</li><li>
Participate in bi-weekly optimization calls with internal team</li></ul> 
Immediate Vertical: Women&rsquo;s Fashion
You must be comfortable:<ul><li>
Modeling different clothing styles</li><li>
Discussing sizing and fit transparently</li><li>
Advising viewers on what would work for their body type</li><li>
Speaking confidently about fabrics, comfort, and styling</li></ul>
