What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul>
<li>
Own your territory as an Account Executive: prospect, qualify, and close deals in the Turkish market.</li> 
<li>
Build consultative relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, challenging conventional learning approaches and demonstrating goFLUENT&rsquo;s business impact.</li> 
<li>
Develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate ROI for clients.</li> 
<li>
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales executives, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.</li> 
<li>
Set team targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve ambitious sales goals.</li> 
<li>
Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high-potential deals.</li> 
<li>
Represent goFLUENT at events and exhibitions, and travel to client sites as needed.</li></ul> 
What You&rsquo;ll Need<ul>
<li>
3-5 years experience in B2B sales and at least 2 years leading a sales team.</li> 
<li>
Proven ability to develop, motivate, and grow a team of sales professionals.</li> 
<li>
Strong consultative selling skills, comfortable engaging with senior managers and C-suite executives.</li> 
<li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.</li> 
<li>
Proactive, personable, and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li> 
<li>
Familiarity with social selling and LinkedIn for business development.</li> 
<li>
SaaS or international experience is a plus.</li> 
<li>
Experience in Training, e-Learning, or HR services is advantageous.</li> 
<li>
Minimum B2 English level.</li> 
<li>
Bilingual/Native in Turkish.</li>
